Default Where does this top of engine bracket attach

The black bracket that is connected to the alternator and has a black grounding wire attached to it which runs to alternator is the one in question.

I obviously have it incorrectly installed and it’s blocking the thermostat housing enough I can’t attach the radiator hose.

It attaches where that bolt is on the intake (left of the bracket in the pic)

That’s a fuel rail mounting bracket bolt.

Default Had bracket upside down

Finally remembered the air filter housing needed a stud to mount to. Which is part of this bracket. I was trying to put it in upside down. Scheesh!

You have the right hole but the bracket is upside down! Flip it over and everything will fit!
