Default 5.9 360 magnum oil pressure

Hello guys, I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 with a 5.9l magnum. Theres a lot of work done to the motor and recently I have taken the timing from 0 to the advancement of 4°. Truck ran perfect if anything it loved it, although I just did plugs, spark plug wires, oil change, oil filter change, and cleaned my battery terminals from corrosion. Since i did all of this i only started the truck let it idle. Turned it off, then checked my oil level which was good. Today I went for a drive and I revved the engine and it stalled. Well I also looked at my oil pressure and keep in mind my oil pressure always always always stuck just before the last line before max. Now it's actually fluctuating. At idle I'm just a hair before 40 psi so maybe 37 or 38. And at wot, it goes up to the next level, the line prior to the max line. Kind of confused right now, it's a rebuilt motor with all new parts with 15k miles on. Any ideas, suggestions, questions? I'll answer the best I can.

Actually, that sounds normal for oil pressure.

What timing did you advance, and how did you do it?
