I had to cover that to Freedom numbers . That's not that hot. Does your temp gauge work?
temp gage works great the only problem I have is heavy fuel consumption
Do you know if it reads accurate. If the computer thinks it's colder than it really is it will dump more fuel causing it to flood. Heavy fuel consumption could be a number of things.
Try disconnecting the battery and put the cables back on. I remember when doing the recalls on the durango's the temp gauge would read -40. If the doesn't work try a new temp sensor.

you guys are miss interpreting the situation my truck starts like a chame in below freezing temps and and turns over 20 times when the temperature is above freezing. Or I miss interpreting what you guys are all saying

That usually is the temp sensor. When it's cold it has to dump more fuel. When it's warmer it down have to. But if the computer thinks it's cold it will flood the engine with fuel.
