Help with misfire and bogging down

Sorry for poor quality but hopefully you can see/hear the difference between turning right vs left seems to whine wine turning right but not really left?

Also when I turn my wheel I hear a slight clunk but I’m not exactly sure what that is it’s not at full turn it’s at about mid from straight to full lock when turning left (the hard direction)

The pump either works, or it doesn't. Since it works turning in one direction, the pump is likely fine.

Can probably get one from a junkyard pretty cheap, then do the adjustments on it, (listed in the service manual, MUCH easier when it isn't on the truck.....) and it will likely be better than what you currently have.

Its no different from any other box that came off a 2500, the diesel doesn't make it any more valuable. That said, if you can't find anything cheaper, there ya go.
