I really appreciate you trying to help me, HeyYou. When you say, "The 'figure' should be listed further down in the section", do you mean where it says "8W-15-7" right under the "G100" (see below) and that I should go to that part of the service manual? When I do, and I find the G100, it ...sort of shows where it is, or gives me a good idea, as you say. Which in this case, (see image below), makes it seem like it is right near the horns as someone brought up earlier. Odd though, it seems to show 4 ground wires coming into G100, which would lead me to believe it's that black plastic junction block (with the 4 wires) up on the inner fender well by the PDC and battery, right?

The pics should be in the Connector/Ground Locations section. (8W-90?) It will have the chart that has text where they are, and after all the charts, it'll have the "pics" of where stuff is.

I'm looking at the 96 manual, 97 should be the same. Your screenshot appears to be from the 98 FSM. 98 saw quite a few changes like the computerized instrument cluster. In any case the basic circuitry is the same just some different numbering.

Wow, I am stupid once again. I got the FSM from another "RAM" forum and was told it was for the 97. But I now see that it's for a 2001!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Time to go find a FSM for a 97! Do you have a link to one by chance?

So.

With all of my new found knowledge and understanding - I'm still at a loss as to why my REAR turn signals are screwed up when the brakes or headlights are on or when in reverse.

I know I'm getting power to all bulbs, so that - I believe - tells me all the POS wires are good. It may also tell me that my NEG wires are good, but, not sure. The problem seems to be that bulbs are lighting up when they're not supposed to, or are off when supposed to be on.

Does this point me back to the turn signal/multi-function switch on the steering column???

Thank you all for your help and patience.
