Default 12v cummins stalling and idling poorly

Hey guys,
today i moved the stock fuel plate up towards the bumper, turned the smoke screw in 2-3 turns, and adjust the star wheel 1-2 turns (i believe towards the bumper, was off the truck when i did it) and now the truck barely starts (have to put the pedal down to turn it on), stalls in gear, and idles very low. My first thought was air in the system so i started to manually bleed it and theres a light squeak from the injector area, i believe it may be sucking air in somewhere. Also i was a little rough with the fuel shutoff solenoid and didnt get it positioned to well, could this be an issue? Any recommendations, or ideas on where a potential leak could be? Also i dont believe i maxxed any of the adjustments out by any means and i moved the afc housing all the way forward, if either of those make a difference. Trucks a 97 3500 12v with auto tranny. Thanks!

i believe everything is good with the lift pump, im starting to wonder if i did something with the shut off valve while putting her back together. Do you happen to know if the solenoid is hooked directly to the shut off valve? I may or may not have bolted it down half assed to get inside quicker

Heres a video of the sound made when pumping the primer. FSS is securely on and functioning properly, make sure afc bolts were nice and tight, and injectors were tight. Still same issues

I think i was sucking air in through the afc or bleeder valve somehow, i really cranked those bolts down and made her run for a few minutes and shes good as new. Seems to drive a little happier and doesnt smoke so im hoping i got it all just right. Thank you for your advice man!
