The T-case only takes a little over a quart. Use just plain ATF.
The trans takes only synro friendly manual trans oil - Mopar brand or Valvoline syncromesh. The drain plug on the bottom of the trans is for the trans. The fill plug is on the passenger side body of the trans. The plugs on the T case you already know. Completely different component.
If you want to go further, the rear diff uses 80w90 and the front 75w90. If limited slip, must add friction modifier.

That's fine. Like I said, only use Mopar Manual Transmission fluid or the Valvoline Syncromesh in the blue bottle.

Just a hair over 2 quarts. Get three and squirt in till it runs out the fill hole. The Mopar fluid is part #4761526

I'm running a Hemifever tune in my truck. It makes a little bit of a difference - I wouldn't say a lot on an essentially small stock 5.2 engine trying to move a big full-size 4x4 truck. I have the auto trans, and it changed the shift into OD from 45mph to 55mph which helps. Changing the gearing from the factory 3.55 to 4.10 when I went to the 33" tires helped too.

You asked about the largest size tires you can fit on your truck without a lift. You can actually raise the truck 2" very easily (and cheaply) with a 2" taller spring up front (I used Skyjacker springs), and a 2" add-a-leaf in the rear (I used a long-leaf add-a-leaf). With just a 2" lift, I wasn't concerned about an adjustable front track bar. Here's my truck with the 2" lift and 285/75/16" (33") tires. 295's would fit just fine too (and would look nice). I was tempted to lift it higher and go with 35" tires, but the largest spare that will fit under the bed in the factory position is a 33" tire. And as it is, with my current set-up it is still a little bit of a stretch for me to get into the seat (and I'm 6' tall).

Does it buck and such when trying to go faster than 20mph? If so, seems like one of the sensors might be the culprit (I had it happen to me, but I forget which sensor). It was one of the ones on the throttle body. I'm sure someone will chime in.
