Default Trans keeps ruining fluid

I have had non stop problems with 46re’s and I am currently at a loss of why my trans keeps ruining its fluid. I put maybe 400 miles on this fluid and all of a sudden it turned black. It has done this probably 4 times. It doesn’t smell burned but I am just at a loss.
below is a picture of the fluid in a hose, I was using a siphon because have one and the truck was placed on top of fire ant piles before it stopped moving.
then below is also the trans cooler I installed, is it adequate or should I get another one to keep this trans going?
whenever the fluid gets like this, the truck won’t stay in gear, it knocks it out and goes in neutral, completely undrivable, but new fluid and runs like new.

Extra question. My sticker under the hood says my truck has an LSD, I’ve done a burnout and only one wheel spins, I have opened the diff to verify but if it is still the lsd and wasn’t pulled, why could this happen? And how can I fix it?

Does the transmission fluid still route through the radiator? If so, is the factory check valve still in-place? If so, the transmission might be getting a bit warmer than it should.

As for the LSD, if the unit is still in the truck, it could be that the clutches in the unit need to be replaced. Do you have a photo of the differential with the cover off that you can share?

check valve is bypassed, I ran knew hosing from the trans straight to the cooler.

i do not have a picture of the LSD but I’ve been needing to get the cover off to change the fluid, just haven’t had time and I just dislocated my thumbs in a motorcycle accident so I’m even more out of shape to do it

I suspect that your transmission cooler is a bit small to cool the transmission by itself, in addition to being mounted in a non-optimal position. With the cooler mounted in front of the A/C condensor, I suspect that your A/C won't cool very well and your transmission may also get warmer than it should. The transmission cooler should not be coming in contact with that A/C condensor.

the trans cooler has a set of pads between it and the condenser, should I get another cooler and move them somewhere? And if I should move them where should they go that isn’t a nightmare to get to

Ok so I’ve determined it’s lots and lots and lots and lots of practically microscopic shavings of metal that have filled the fluid. No big chunks, they’re not thicker than a strand of hair. Any ideas on fixes?

I went back and stuck a bigger magnet in the fluid and have all that metal sludge that usually sticks to the magnet floating around, still very fine metal shavings but lots and lots of it

Something in the trans is eating itself. Never a good sign. Unfortunately, I believe the only way to find out what, would be to tear it down.....

I was waiting for that, I don’t really care what is wrong with this trans, it’s coming out eventually one way or another, I just wanna know why it is behaving how it does
