Default Have some new problems after the truck sat

So my 99 ram 1500 4x4 has been sitting for about a year now while I build a flatbed and sort out some transmission issues. I got the bed done and the trans fixed so I went to drive it for the first time outside my backyard. I moved the truck about a month ago and didn’t have these problems. I also started the truck fairly regularly to make sure the battery didn’t go totally dead and the fuel didn’t separate.
first problem, I have no turn signals or hazards, I just replaced the flasher module because the old one was broken. I had both less than two days ago.
Second problem, when I press the brake pedal my speedometer starts dancing around and doesn’t work normally and the abs light is on.
third problem is the trans won’t shift. I assume the tv cable needs to be adjusted but if anyone has other ideas that would be helpful. It shifted just fine before I parked it.
i believe the battery may be going bad. It holds a charge but cranks weak, could this cause any of the issues?

Bad ground somewhere. Likely one of the ones under the dash.

trans problem was because of the speedo, it’s shifting now. Any tips on how to make it have more grunt at take off? It shoots to 2000rpm until about 25 then starts moving through the range but doesn’t have much power until it gets out of that mode.

What gear ratios are in the front and rear differentials and what size tires does the truck have?

Do the plenum, water pump, and timing chain/gears at the same time. Can do it in a weekend. You will be AMAZED at how much different the engine runs.
