I’m getting a leak from above my tank
I would appreciate any input as I would like to have the parts before I drop the tank
You have a leak on the pressure side somewhere. Start the engine, or, have someone else cycle the key a few times while you are under there to see what it's coming from.
Do you have an inspection mirror and battery powered light that you can put up in that area to allow you to better see what's going on? If not, you may need to drop down the fuel tank a bit, then turn on the key to see exactly where the leak is.
I know it’s probably not super informative, but I was able to get my snake camera in the area that I was concerned about leaking I definitely coming from the left side. It’s not a amazing video, but I feel that it’s at least in informative. I would have to say it starts showing at about .12. And then has a space where there’s not much going on and then then you’ll start seeing more saturation at about .55.
From the video, it appears to be a leak where the fuel line connects to the fuel pump. To address the issue, you will either need to raise up the truck bed on the side where the fuel tank is or drop the fuel tank down by disconnecting the fuel tank straps.
