Default No start

I've got a 1998 dodge ram 1500 5.9.
I'm a bit confused , I have power all the accessories turn on , I turn the key and not an single thing happens i had the starter tested it works , I had the battery tested twice ,one place says the battery needed replaced the other place charged it and says it held. I even hooked up jumper cables to it just incase and still nothing , I have new plugs and wires I have a new cap and rotor on it . Im not sure what it could be , I was kind of leaning towards the ECU but I need more input . I also put a computer on it and the only code it had was a ECT sensor(Engine Coolant Temperature ).Any Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Does the engine roll over with the starter motor? If not, try starting in neutral.

I would look at the NSS like mentioned, try the gear selector in different positions and see if it makes a difference. Assuming Auto? if manual the clutch switches are junk, wire around it and see if there's a change, then replace as soon as you can

Not necessarily. It could be that your shifter linkage has a shot bushing in it and/or it may be out of adjustment. This video may help -
