tuesday y replaced original coil for an accel mopar & a pacesetter air fx intake air filter and some 8.2 thunderbolt spark plug cables such as cap and rotor
spark plugs are also new.
my truck worked perfectly but today when i was dirving back home the engine just shutted off for 3 times
as soon as it shutted off i started again and ran perfectly until it shutted off again which could be the problem.
i all ready checked for some loosen cables and hoses that go to the sensors and all of them seem to be O.k
any recomendations ?
did you re-wire all your plug wires back to exactly where they were suppose to go? maybe acouple could be touching and interfering with eachother.. i dunno im just guessing
probally not even a problem with the wires or anything.. could be something completely diffrence.. when my old truck did that it was the ignition module that went bad
forgot to say before installing all that stuff cleaned the motor with degreaser and pressure washer
thats why i checked all hoses just in case that some one was loose due to the water pressure
lol last time i washed the motor down it rain like CRAP for like 5 miles...bucked like i was down 4 pistons and the tranny was dragin ... you mita got some water somewhere its not sapoda be
A single or even multiple plug or wires won't shut the engine down. Did it throw any codes? I think it's wet component or coil problem. If problem persists put the old coil back in, and see if that fixes the problem.
i just got to work driving 25 miles
and had no problem, engine ran smooth and perfect
what i did last night i disconected the battery just to avoid those strange
computer memory effects "hope this works"
