Wanted to see how the 5.2s are doing.
Easy throttle and mostly highway mines at 11.9 with the Alum rims and lighter tires back on.
The wife is at 10 with the Durango.
Of course,she'd make a Neon get 10 mpg!!!

BTW, the overhead unit is dead accurate with its reading.

i am afraid to keep track but i think im at about 12 as well. i put gas in in 8 dollar increments to help me sleep at night.

im sure i could feather it for an entire tank and get 13ish, but thats feathering it EVERYWHERE for an ENTIRE tank, and well i just dont wanna do that.

with recent mods, im impressed with my truck after hearing your results. 02 2500 5.9 and at 15+ on half 70+ and city stoplight driving.

318 NOT 360 !!!!!!! JUST KIDDING[8D]

but now that we are on the 5.9 im averageing 15 now that its finally nice and warm out again!!!

Right now I'm getting like 6 mpg... only because i've been a lead foot lately... But recently the performance in my truck went down =/

With the listed mods - 12.8 average on last 3 tanks. Got 13.6 on a long highway trip today at avg. 75 mph......

ive been averaging 13.5 on mostly highway driving, but in town as well. Took a trip up to Minneapolis last weekend and got 15.5 mpg on the way up, and 15 mpg on the way back down home.
