For your truck I would remove the silver pin striping and get a black bed stripe.

Yeah once you remove the pin striping the black or the silver bed stripe would look nice on your truck. You can get custom things done with the bed striping too like Eric has the SLT emblem in his stripe and someone has an autobot from the transformers and stuff. I already know what I want but I am keeping it on the hush lol... Now I have to go find a 4x4 chrome emblem to go on the tailgate that matches the size of the rest of the emblems on the tailgate.

I thought about it, because I really like the badge less look, but I do not want to remove my v8 high output emblem. so I will probably be keeping them all on. I am probably going to paint my calipers and drums red today or tomorrow then after the bed stripe I will let my wallet rest a little bit then get some chrome door spears and door handles then have the side view mirrors painted the color of my truck and a tonneau cover and that will be it for me and my exterior customizing.

I still have not put my exhaust system on yet, the girlfriend is giving me grief about it being in the house so i have to do it soon lol....

Yes, Keaton it is definitely an expensive hobby! lol... but not as expensive as sending your son to college! Thats gonna cost ya! As far as the side view mirrors my friend has a body shop so I may have him paint the door handles as well instead of going chrome covers for those. He will do the side view mirrors and the door handles for $50 including paint.

Thanks Eric, I just called a local shop and they will cut me some custom bed stripes and put them on for $30 a side so thats a good deal and I wont have to wait for shipping and more importantly I can see them and help him customize them before I put them on etc.... I just need the dimensions when you get a chance after you finish your tinting. Thanks again.
