Well my Xbox 360 finally died. Has been re-flowed 3 times but still had the RROD. So decided to run it over in the Dak!!! Makes a satisfying crunch.

lol what did you do with the hard drive? You should go sign up on the xbox and ps3 forums and post that and see what their reactions are

 

Kept the hard drive for my replacement 360 I ordered. Also kept the optical drive.

 

I think is time for . No RROD with the PS3, nothing to worry about!!!

Red Ring Of Death. There was a defect in a lot of the earlier versions of the xbox 360 for quite awhile that caused it to stop working. The error code on the system was a red ring on the front. It cost microsoft over like a billion dollars because they had to extend the warranty for 3 years and replace or fix the affected units.

get one of the new 360s they eliminated the rrod buy adding a feature were if the system detects its overheating it gives u a min to save then does an auto shut off, get the hard drive transfer kit to switch ur data over to the internal 250g hard drive costs 20 bucks then trade it and the old hard drive in, i work for gamestop btw lol

 

i Have all 3 of the newer systems and love them all. I like the ps3 the most. Anyways they have a new version of the xbox 360 that does not get rrod and its pretty hot looking to!
