Rough country lift!!!!!!!!

Yep, no sense in add-a-leafs. They just add-a-stiffness. Seriously though they make your ride quality go down compared to OEM spring stiffness. Most dislike 3" blocks for such small gain that's why lift companies use combo's like a 2" block lift and 1" add-a-leaf. That was just an example not actual lift. I agree with MW4000 with a block you're atleast guaranteed 3" in the rear. Springs can be approximate and can be affected by weight or model differences like quad cab, single cab, etc.
Besides Dak in Black my jeep sits way taller than any lift these lift companies will ever manufacture for most vehicles and my wife gets in just fine. And it offers healthy jumping excercises and ensures proper stretching before your workout.

Shouldn't, your just relocating your spring 3" higher on top of the axle. Worst thing blocks do is increase possibility of axle wrap or wheel hop. You put a greater moment arm on springs when you use blocks and this can cause your spring to kinda make a lazy S shape when a load or torque is applied. If you've ever engange the parking brake on an old bronco (or any vehicle with leafs on top of the axle) and rocked it back n forth you may see the rear axle pinion rotate up & down. This is easier to do when you use blocks. I think offset springs help eliminate axle wrap. But traction bars are most effective.
But not to stray away from thread topic I still vote go for it make the lift. Keep it on an easy budget b/c low demand on high lifts just make it expensive. Like 2gen Dakota lifts were way to expensive compared to a Ram lift of greater size.

AN acctuall Suspension lift instead of the presently avail Body lift. HECK YA I'd be all over that like a fat kid on a smartie. 3/3 5/3 3/1 whatever. I really need more elevation in general.
