Default Time for the exhaust...

I know this has been beat to death. But what is your opinion. I have an '07, so there is no front resonator. There is only the big canister muffler and the rear res over the axle.

My concern is back pressure. Would a SI 2.5"/SO 3" Cherry Bomb with the rear res delete work well or should I look into a dual set up?

Sorry for the question, but exhaust is not my forte'. Thanks!

This exactly what I put on my truck and I havent had any problems. I been running it for almost 6 months now Its a nice sound, and doesnt drone in the truck, yet still growls on the outside.

I should really get some inside and outside shots of it while driving....

Wow... I am running the Pro Series and I paid around $150 but it was a local shop in my hometown in northern Pa That was taking the huge muffler off, detaching the pipe, and resonator from the muffler back, then installing a whole new pipe from the Y to the tail tip with the Pro Series muffler in between. I think the Muffler was around $90 and then the remaining was Piping and Install Labor Charges... it took em like 45 mins or less. That was all aluminized steel too. That does seem kinda high. I could see maybe $200 being Cali, maybe $225 tops but $325, DAMN! For that price you could have an entire bolt on kit

i have the complete 3 inch catback, mine is junkmaster and it sounds terrible. as soon as the better weather comes around i will be switching mufflers to the cherry bomb. this is the second 3 inch single catback that i have owned and have no problems with either except for this flowmaster muffler. truck picked up some low end grunt with the 3 inch

I paid $200 for the installation, which included removal of all the piping from the cat back (muffler and two resonators), and the installation of my cherry bomb pro muffler that I provided, which cost me $75 bucks. So in total less than $300 bucks was spent on my exhaust. I will be having it installed tomorrow morning so I'm crazy excited to see how it'll sound! Hopefully I can figure out how to post up a sound clip or something.

The last quote I got was $295.00. I am not sure what these fools are smoking, but I am going to keep looking.
