Cylinder 1 misfire?
I would guess its something with the plug first. Is it quiver and or skipping alittle?
I have had a plug crack the porcelain from the inside before on my Phuckus. For the life of me I couldnt figure it out cause the plugs were practically new in it, the injector was fine, fuel filter was changed out, gas was ok and nothing was curing it. I finally had the dealer run a detailed diagnostic test on it and they told me it was a crack in plug of the cylinder that was missing and wanted to change the plugs. I said nah, I brought it home changed out the plugs an voila, runs great still!

Yeah talk about dumb move... should have just changed the plugs out again. Instead they were like $85 plugs by the time you count the diagnostic costs and the 4 plugs...BAH o'well
Snipingdude, have you been running any type of advanced tuning?
Anything more aggressive maybe? The Chrysler 4.7L coils are not the strongest coil ever made. A little change in tune or aggressive vacuum can flip a coil code for misfire.

hmm no man nothing really...nothing but the 87 tune from Superchips with the limits set to max...any idea on a fix???
That could very well be it. I would return to stock, clear your DTS codes and try it like that. Every once in a while I will flip that code and its usually vacuum pressure on the coil. If it pops back up in stock, then I would shart checking plugs(and caps) coils ensure the wires aren't pinched etc.
