Three Hours Today
With the help of my cordless drill, vice grips, two magnets, a socket set, a Craftsman broken bolt removal kit and a can of PB Blaster, I finally removed the broken bolt from my supercharger. Took three hours and I hope I don't have to do that again, lol. She is up and running mean as ever so it was worth it.

The worst part of actually pulling the blower off the bracket, lol. Once I got it off, it took about an hour to get the broken bolt out. I'm researching COG systems right now, that way the tensioner pulley doesn't have to be so tight.
Just a quick update. I broke another bolt last week so I mailed the blower to superchargerrebuilds out of TX. They are going to replace the drive pulley shaft before I put the cog system on. I should have the blower back within the next week or so. So right now I'm driving without boost, lol. Not a big deal with all the snow on the ground.
The moral of the story, don't use pulleys with spacers. Just have custom pulleys built to the correct spec.
Anyway, the new supercharger cog setup will look like this.

LOL, yes sir. I spoke to Supercharger Rebuilds today. They replaced the input shaft and gear so I should get it back by the end of the week. I spoke to ASP about my cog setup, they are waiting for the belt and the system will ship.
