Default HO cams, did i get screwd???

all lobes look fine except this one. i know nothing about cams and internals but this seem like it would be an issues. seller said he pulled them from a jeep with 15k miles on them. not sure how that would even happen. he failed to mention this part.
you can see the normal wear mark in the center. is that the only part that comes in contact with whatever the cams push? or will the jagged edge cause me mega issues??

please help, im pissed.

looks like they were either beat on while taking them out or whatever tool (puller?) used to remove them caused that. Can't see how that damage could happen inside an engine.....Couldn't you just file the jagged edges down and be good to go as the center is where it makes contact with the lifters....

I've seen worse, he he (not on mine though). That edge won't even come into contact with the rockers. If that is the only damage you should be fine. I would take them to a machine shop and get them specd' just to be safe.

No worries, my concern is how that edge got like that. They might have been dropped or had something dropped on them. Find a machine shop that specializes in engines and get them checked out just to be safe. Do me a favor. Take a picture of the front of the cams where the timing sprocket mounts up. I want to see the notch fits into the sprocket.
