Didn't you do the stall and cam together?

I keep hoping someone will put down some good numbers with an 08+ 4.7L. I want my next project Dakota to be an 09 Q/C with a 4.7l with this blower setup.

If not I will be hunting an 07 R/T Quad Cab and dropping a 426 Hemi in with twin screw blower.

Kenne Bell makes good blowers. But the Fords have intake manifolds that match up to the blower. The kit they made for the Gen 2 Dakotas did not match up, they had a complicated, poorly designed crossover tunnel that was restrictive. They make kits for the hemis, but I doubt they will ever make a kit for the 4.7 because it came in such a limited number of vehicles. This generation of Dakota is too small to justify aftermarket R&D. Hell, it's too small to justify OEM production any more. Shame they didn't market the Dakota as aggressively as they have the Ram.

Also, no point in sourcing a 07 R/T, then swapping the motor. Might as well go cheap (V-6), and spend the extra cash on the motor, suspension, etc. Not tryin to be a dick, just putting it in perspective. The HO motor in a R/T is gonna raise the price. If you don't plan on keeping the motor anyways...

Doesn't airram have adapter plates to fit the 4.7L heads(I don't know if they fit the new heads but assume they do).

There is and adapter built by Airram. As for the HO motor, it is built with better internals and a whole list of other things. I believe thats why hes shooting for the HO

How did I miss this thread?

06 Raider here, Going for 350 at the wheels(perhaps higher with the right NOS set up) , hoping this years taxes get me some dyno tunes.

That's all I got planned for the 4.7. When it blows I'll recycle my turbo investment (although probably get a bigger turbo) and swap in a big hemi. Lol but that wont be anytime soon..

I'm probably around 275 at the wheels right now and it sounds sooooo good,

Lol,but I'll keep quiet for now till i can back up all this fantasy numbers
