Yes you can, but they are easier to change them with them in the arm already.

if you have a brand and part number feel free to give it to me...i called 4 different auto parts and they are only listed for complete assy 115$ch poor quality
194$ each Moog warranty for life...

If you dont have a ball joint press you may be better off just buying the assembly. 3 bolts and it comes off. Replacing just the ball joint requires more work.

The lifetime warranty on the Moog's makes the $400 a little better...but only a little :/

Ok I failed at this one, I could have sworn I recall someone replacing just the ball on the uppers, but even the manual says its a single unit with the arm and ball.

Not even any cheap chinese crap on ebay for anything newer than '04. I rue the day when I have to do balljoints again though. Not fun on an '03 s10.

Did you check rockauto.com? They got great prices, i have ordered from them before and no complaints.....

Id just buy the assembly from Oreillys and forget about trying to be cheap. Ball joints are a normal wear item.

$97.99 for a Master Pro with limited lifetime warranty
$157.99 for a Moog with limited lifetime warranty and bushings
