Dude thats gonna suck going from a dak to a neon you should look for a 1st gen talon.

it doesnt take nothing for a good CNC shop to make some nice beefy flanges from a factory example. they will even make them thicker so the change of warping is NONE lol.

most cnc shops are cheap for doing a small project like that too.

If you only want to spend about a grand look for a 90-93 integra. I had one a few years ago and loved it i beat the life out of it every time i drove it and it just wanted more plus it was fast and drove like a go-kart. Idk if i could drive a old beater every day just to come home and see my dak in the garage in 1000+ pieces, but it will be worth it in the end.

You could always try finding an old Chevy pickup. I had a 94 1500 2wd with a V6 and a manual trans. It was slow but trusty and easy to fix any time something went on it .... and it was atleast a truck. KBB on it when I sold it was only $1700 or so, and it only had 134k on the clock.
