So now its time for me to install it. I have not choose what controller to pick up and a spal send to my door (quebec canada)would be around 200$+ so what are my choice??? and if i only use a temperature switch and a relay wil i fried someyhing with ac on??

That will thread into the thermostat housing. You can also splice into the A/C compressor and it will turn on when the A/C kicks on.
