Yeah... I guess I'm going to use that money to get some bigger injectors for the turbo set up. Headers can wait for now..

It looks like the flange was warped during the welding process. This is not uncommon. A good jig and good welder would insure this type of thing wouldn't happen. Oh well. Good luck.

Thanks, I just decided to hold off on the headers. There are actually a good number of people that recommend the stock headers for a turbo set up.

As much money as im spending trying to boost the truck I can use the refund money for something else.

Do not run rear turbo setup with the amount of rain we get in florida it is not a good idea. Also if your secondary oil pump going to the turbo fails you are screwed. I would go with the Supercharger setup

Boost is expensive. Good luck with the build man. My headers have warped after 85k, I cringed when I read yours were warped out of the box. It's going to cost me $60 to have mine resurfaced.
