Default Project LSX: 5.3L Swap

I am in the process of swapping my 3.7L to a 5.3L LSX

Mods will be
4l60 or 4l80
Lashway Motorsports 2800 Stall
Lashway Motorsports Custom Push Rods
LS3 Springs
LS6 Lifters
Comp Cam 224/224
LS6 Intake Manifold
LS6 Throttle Body
Shorty Headers
Custom Exhaust w/ Cut-outs
160 stat
E-Fan
Tuned by Josh @ Lashway Motorsports

you will regret a 224 224 dur.@.o50 pick 230 236...and over 510 lift 110lsa

Also might order the LS1 NItrous Express PLate Kit for the truck as well and run a 100 shot

if you run nitrous you need more duration on the exhaust than the intake so the 224 224 is a real bad choice

224 is a short duration for a nitrous motor. Especially a 100 shot.

Bubba you and I are gonna have to meet up once I get the last of the wiring kinks worked out on my dakota

What ya think guys? His 5.3 lsx auto, or my 7.2 hemi 6 speed (provided I can get the last issues worked out.) Who is crossing the 1/4 mile first?

South Florida huh, just how far south are ya?
