That's the only thing I'm worried about with these, is the clevis. A forged/billet one would be nice.

well when we get a $20,000 cnc machine than well make one of those but youll find out why we couldnt make it machined when you get around to doing it.

ill give you a hint. blitz clevis's are for rangers with 3/4" thread pitch....our dakotas....24x1.5mm or something like that. if you can single point that on a mill AND do a 1 piece clevis and have it clocked in the right position....you are god

if you get close to pulling welds on this than you have a lot more to worry about on the front end.

I like the looks of that, the integrity is appealing. Are you looking at selling these? Have you had any mechanical analysis done on this?

Wow flame war. I've been around this forum a long time now, and if you Varner want to make your own go right ahead. I have dirtfabs tie Rods and say enough how good they are. Stop the bashing and get back to making parts for my Dakota
