About to buy Dodge Dakota

That particular rust spot under the hood is typical unfortunately. But if you find another Dakota, this is about the best and most helpful forum I've seen out there for pretty much anything. So many people willing to help out. I personally wouldn't buy one with sewn up seats. That's just a poor refurb job.

WOW .. way over priced .. I have a 740 credit score so I usually get some of the best interest rates you can get on a truck and I am paying $280/month with nothing down with a loan amount of $16,000 (truck cost was $12k but I was upside down on the car I traded in and My truck might have had more miles when I got mine but mine is a quad cab with (6speed option) and a year newer and bought it 2 yrs ago... so with a perfect credit score looks like they are looking for $18k+ for that truck

I pay 288 a month for mine, love it. I went threw hell with the front end. Go to rockauto.com to get a idea of what the prices are, then add 30% because that's what a shop will charge you for that part. Also my credit score was around 700, not bad at 20 years old Btw mine was 13,900 all totaled to like 15,500. I've already paid the interest off in a little over a year.

I paid $19k for mine I had horrible credit, I bought it 2 years old with less then 20k miles in perfect condition, no accidents, and with a 70k Dodge warranty. Main problems I had are front end, exhaust leaks at flanges on front end, and now sensor isn't reading proper pressure in the transmission at 100k miles.
