My 05 is having this same problem. I hate this truck. Its an 05 with 60k miles on it. I have had tons of typical Dodge front end problems and now its rusting away. I wish I would have sold it before the wheel wells started to rust, or better yet, never bought it in the first place

Its gonna be hard to sell now and I don't even know if a dealership would take it as a trade.... I don't want to put $2000 into fixing the rust issue either, because its just going to rust again and will still be a crappy truck.

Mines rusting over each wheel well, on the Inside of the Box, and the Outside.
Im thinking of pricing having a Aluminum deck/box made. Since I know it will cost more then $3000 to replaced the sides, repair, and repaint the box.

I just noticed my wheel wells are bubbling up. its verry unfortunate but I think if your in a high corrosion states 7 years isnt too bad compared to other vehicles. ]
It looks like im gonna be breaking out the wizz wheel in the next few weeks
