Moog all around lol. Monoe or the other brand for struts is what I found out. I'm loving my moogs I just put in.

Youll want Rancho or Monroe for your struts. I know the Rancho number is RS5757. I would personally stick with all Moog parts, only because they have a great reputation. They are my only choice for aftermarket.

Check out Rockauto.com for some great prices, and they have all the part numbers listed. You may want to look up parts under a 2005 or 2006 Dodge Dakota, as they might not have the parts listed under the mitsu or 2007 Dakotas, although they are the same.

I just had a Moog balljoint and a mevotech control arm, with a balljoint.. and let me tell you, the moog was waaayyy better. Better machined, better zerk fitting, better boot... everything.

make sure you get the greaseable ones.

Oh, and best price I found on Ranchos was from Autopartswarehouse. I paid $100 per strut/shipped with a 10% coupon found on Google.

Here is the link to the strut: http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/sk...gs+Best+Seller

Right now code "APWCART00" will get you 10% off of the order, bringing the total to $199.78.

That coupon got me free overnight shipping for those lower control arms, on top of an already good price.

That looks like a shock, not a strut.

Like most websites, the image is just for general purpose and not of the actual product.

The image does show a shock, but I ordered mine a long time ago from that place also. They will send you the correct strut for the front.
