Transmission Strange
So as I was leaving Cars and Coffee today, something was wrong with my tranny. I drove it there just fine, no issues. As soon as I put it in reverse I knew something had happened. It took a second to go into reverse and then about four seconds to go into drive. It went in with a strong jerk. It wasn't shifting right and second to third was slipping somewhat badly. I had to drive it home and on the highway doing about 60 it tried to go up to third, jolted, and the check engine light came on. I slowly nursed her home in third( it would not go to 4th or 5th after the engine light). Here's the issue. The truck's tranny has only 15K miles on it....help?

You can only hope that it is something in the shifting mechanism--solenoids or something. That is going to require a transmission shop, or a lot of research and downtime. no help here I know very little about trannies and even less about automatics. I do look at every breakage as an opportunity to upgrade, though. time for the getrag 238 6mt--and an extra left pedal!

It should not void it, but just to make sure, I'd return it to stock programming before taking it into any shops. You can always reprogram it with your tune again after you get it back/fixed.
The CEL may have disappeared, but the code did not. The computer stores the codes, even after a CEL goes out. The superchips (or any decent auto parts store) should be able to read them.

Fluid level actually read hot even when it was really cold. The codes are, P0700: Transmission control system (MIL REQUEST), P0733: Gear Ratio Error in 3rd, P0734: Gear ratio error in 4th, P1790: Fault immediately after shift, P0869: line pressure high, and UO184, lost communication with radio.

I'm sorry to hear about your transmission concern. As you have mentioned, you intend to have the truck looked at this week. A diagnosis would help to pinpoint the direct cause of your issue.
In some cases, a damaged sump filter and cooler return filter may cause similar concerns.
