stay away from the chrome intake tubes. they create heat, and yes i have seen them. they have plenty of adds in truckin magazine.

Injen's has some pretty amazing stuff! I agree with the stay away from metal though. Unless, you heat wrap it, but then, why buy something so shiny and pretty?

That's not a bad set up. It looks good. I'd put it in. I don't think that the cold air coming in is going to have a whole lot of time to heat up before it gets to the tb and manifold.

Yeah Injen makes some really nice stuff.....mainly cold air intakes & mainly for the tuner scene....must be expanding to ANY kind of vehicle now though if they're making one for our truck! lol


It's a very nice setup, but just checked out the ebay price......that's waaaaay too overpriced for what it is!!!

That's probably why it's so expensive. Maybe they're including the box.

If you've played any of the race car games (Gran Tourismo, Need For Speed, etc), you'll see they're stickers and advertisements.

i think my airaid intake has a better design than that, and definitely gets cooler air than that piece of junk!
