Wherever you want...if you want lane cams, put them on the mirror; turn cams on the outside of the front bumper

The product issues are with the ipod controls I often have to unplug and replug it in to get it to work(ipod classic and ipod touch) its not perfect but it hasn't failed, so if u can deal with that then go for it, fyi I contacted the manufacturer and receive no responce

Isn't one of the issues the quality of the backup camera after installing?

No that's an issue from the factory, a number of guys have that issue and have reported improvement after removing the radio and pushing the connector further in.

No, there is a problem with the quality of the cam after the way it interfaces with the Lock Pick. There is an issue with the wiring in some Durango's that makes the video fuzzy https://dodgeforum.com/forum/3rd-gen...p-cam-fix.html but that is seperate issue.

When the Durango goes into reverse it automaticcaly switches to the back camera. It now looks like the video is at half brightness and the contrast is through the roof. Sometimes it is unusable (depending on lighting).
You also now have the option to switch to the rear camera when ever you want to. when you do this the video is just about as good as it was before the install. Because of this, it rules out the possibility of bad wiring if you can see good video depending how you switch it.

I haven't noticed this issue at all, granted mine has only been in for a few weeks but I was experiencing the factory issue before installation. Do you have the V4?

Would it be possible to stream video to and from an IPAD via bluetooth if you attach a bluetooth usb dongle to a usb/av adapter and plug it into the lockpick?

in able to get video into a an ipad from an external source you have to jailbreak it and install some apps, you could get one of the video out cords and plug it into the lockpick via composite rca (red, white, yellow).
