Stopped by my PO Box today and what was waiting for me, but a nice letter from Dodge (FCA US) with what amounts to an apology letter for the recalls that have had to be done and a certificate for $200 for Mopar Parts or Accessories from any Dodge dealership.

I got the $150 too. It was a pleasant surprise! I bought a replacement pair of the wireless headphones (don't store them under a folding seat btw) and 9 oil filters. Since my 13 ram and the D use the same filter it made it easy. You have to spend it all at once, so I have enough oil filters for years! Did you guys get a complimentary oil change also?

 

Interesting. I had recalls done and got nothing haha. Then again, I only had 2 done.

 

I bought what I thought was a pair of wireless headphones on eBay since our DD came with only one pair and I have 2 kids. I paid $19 for one pair but got 2 and a new remote in the box!

I got $150 from them. Going tomorrow to buy the RT front Lower Valance for my Crew that I have been trying to modd up for the past 3 and a half years.

 

I just looked at your License PLate Picture and noticed it was VA. I live in Loudon County as well. Ashburn to be specific. If you see a black 2011-2013 Crew with SRT Reps rolling around, chances are it's me

you would think since my D spends more time in the dealer shop/ lot then my driveway they would send me my money back. They did not even think sending 200 bucks was good enough. Bastards!
