I think I will, I'm just looking at different options. I will go to Lowes tomorrow and see what they have. I saw long sweeping turn pipes so maybe I will use something like that. I don't like the idea of using 3 inch pipe for a 3.5 inch intake, so I am not sure what I am going to do yet

What? Our intakes are 3" not 3.5.

the outer diameter of the intake is 3.5 in. with a thickness of the TB of approx 1/8 of an inch... perhaps taking into account the throttle plate and other restrictions further down the line makes it a 3" intake?

The diameter of the pipe is usually done by the inside so it may be 3.5 on the outside but the inside diameter is only 3. And you only need a 3" to 3" coupler to attach the pipe to the TB. At least in my case that's all I needed.
