I was thinking of downsizing back to the 17s and getting E rated tires for stability. Do you think that will help with mileage? Or do you think that changing gears w/ the 20 in wheels is a better idea?

thanks for the advice!
From what I have seen, 20's usually come with the 3:92 and 17's with 3:55. eFan is a good move and will give a touch of performance. Gears seem to be the one thing that makes a big difference. The sweet spot for our hemi's is around 2100 rpm at highway speed. So if you can gear for that you will see mileage and performance increased. I run 30.25 inch tires and with a 4:10 gear turn 2000 rpm at 65 mph. Still get 15-16 mpg with a 2800 stall TC. (on the highway with the TC mostly locked)

This thread is dead...
Ok, I just started using a DSP. To start with I have had no previous ABS issues. A few days ago I installed a DSP tune and my ABS amber light stayed on a little longer than usual and cleared when I moved my truck. Today I installed another tune and on startup I heard a little louder clunk from what I would guess was the HCU under the truck. Well the ABS amber light has not cleared. I have re-installed the stock tune, didn't help. Re-installed the DSP canned tune, didn't help. Pulled the PCM fuse, didn't help. Dis-connected the battery, didn't help. Brakes feel the same as before getting the light. The ABS amber light has an unsteady blinking sequence. I feel this is related to using the DSP. Anyone experience anything like this? Any suggestions?
Thanks,

with your dsp, have you looked under diagnostics for any codes? I have not heard of or had this issue with mine. Also, have you looked at diablo's forum to see if anyone has had this issue and how it was resolved?

Glass, This was a recognized problem with the dr03 firm ware and supposely was solved with firm ware upgrade dro4. I had dr04 firm ware installed in my DSP. I reloaded the original tune and then upload the latest firm ware tonight and will see what happens tomorrow.

Also, I'm not getting any codes, just the ABS amber warning light flashing in an uneven sequence.
