Kramer,
Are you still happy with your DSP after using it for a while?

So far yes. But i really don't know what i am doing when it comes to shift tuning yet. Going to go try it this evening based on the starting point settings some one gave on this thread. Driving to colorado tomorrow. So will give me some time to play with it if i need to. Figure if it really doesn't work like i expect (my guess at the tune) then i can always put it back to one of the diablo tunes at a gas station.

So was just reading back through the thread again and realized you guys say the 04/05 are quite different then then 07/08's. Are the settings you guys recommended starting with for the 05 going to be quite a bit different then for my 08? Or are they still a good starting point?

I need a favor guys, ANY of you that are running the DSP on the CANNED 91 tune on either the 9r07 OR 9r08 CROM's, can you please go out and do a data log and log for KR at part throttle. I am trying to rule out why I am getting it at part throttle only. My WOT is fine but part throttle for eveyday use is getting KR.

So far I have ruled out: Bad gas, octane, plugs and oil

Any one got some shift point, accelerator adjustments, ect. for a 2007 Dodge ram 1500 Hemi? I do have the latest firmware updates, and was running the 93 Tune but recently pulled it out while they did work on my vehicle. I was just wondering if anybody had any good luck with changes they made to the tunes? I want to try the 91 tune, is there a big difference between the 91 and 93? If logged some good data and don't mind sharing please do. Thanks...

I asked a similar question a several weeks back and never got a responce. Seems this thread is pretty dead. There was a listed starting point some where around page 40 that was I think it was listed by one of the 05 guys. It seems from what I read that the 04/05s are fairly different from the 07/08s. I haven't tried it yet myself since I never got a responce. I have been playing with the stock diablo tunes so far. I may Ty them myself now that I am not traveling cross contry and have played with I some more and can easily change it back to a different tune if it doesn't work out. I did try upping my idle by +50 like they recommnded...it smoothed out the idle in park but man when I put it in drive the breaks where almost not enough to stop the truck from going! Rather suprised me so I imidiately put it in park and then changed it back!

There is apparently not many folks using the DSP, then you seperate the users into different model years and then by what CROM version and by that time there isn't much of an information pool. I personally have little confidence in the DSP as it can be seen on their support forum (SIC) that many folks are are attempting to use their DSP in a normal way and their individual resualts are down right frigthening with vehicles that nolonger start to original tunes not being able to be re-installed. I strongely suggest anyone interested in purchasing a DSP first take a careful look at their support forum. Good luck....

Truckin: Yes, the 06/07 has the partial up and down shifts.

I am having the "cruise Control issue" with my truck , it works only at certain speeds, tried 4 different Croms and no fix, tried pulling the wire off the battery....no luck. I posted on the diablo forum, but no response yet. I am going to load my stock tune back to make sure my cruise works with that.....I hope I can get this resolved quick.
