This is a BIG problem, not just with Chrysler, but with ALL vehicles that utilize a "drive by wire" system. Just look at all the Toyota recalls!

I personally hate that most manufacturers are going away from a mechanical type throttle system...

I own this truck for 3 months and I had similar situation already twice. My luck that it was only for one or two seconds and I had a control over the brake. If there is a solution for this issue I'd like to know it.

happened to me twice....i brought it to the dealer and they couldnt replicate so they wouldnt fix it

said it was most likely due to my CAI...WTF?
