Default My wish list for mods and MotoBlue Gen X Pulley?

Anyone running one of these? Apparently they free up some HP. Any input?

Well my list is

cold air intake
a super 40 with duals
Predator tuner
Some LT headers

and maybe one of these pulleys and maybe a nice cam.

Without the Cam, this setup would run me about $1300.

Anyone else running anything similar to this?
Not looking to make a track star, but a nice quick truck would be my overall goal. Input please?

so many of us are running that combo. ive got a custom intake im running. i had 40 series flowmasters at one point and later replaced them with magnaflows. i had the predator and sold it to buy the more costly trinity. ive got pacesetter LTs now.

feel free to go through my pics in my sig link

custom intake - 50 to 100
40 series FM - 50 to 75
diablo predator - 250 to 300
LTs - 300 to 450

thats a long ways from 1300 if you shop right

ive got a custom intake ill sell you pretty cheap if you wanna PM me on it

I would go with a Summit or a ATI Harmonic Damper. The earlier Motoblue/APS had a history of blowing toner rings.

Had my Summit 20% for over a year and def' noticed less effort in getting the rpm spool faster.
Good mod if cammed and the Summit is SFI-18.1 approved.

Ditch the flowmaster for a better flowing muffler. In the FAQ section there's a chart with muffler flow comparisons

I saw that, Ill prolly do a true dual straights. Maybe keep the resonator and get another one for the other side. Either get rid of the cats or get high flows. idk

Most say the high flow cats are about the same as stock for our trucks. I'd say keep em for ease of dealing with sensors.
I love my truck straight piped with just a cat. Sounds burly!

Are you running duals or just the single?

That sucks about the high flows. Guess Ill upgrade my y pipe and have a full 3" Headers to 3" Y Pipe to stock cats to dual 3" pipes to maybe 4" tips. w 2 resonators.

Folks sometimes upgrade to highflows cause of the 3" OD choice.
You will have to open/hollow out the stock cats if you want to use with w/ a 3" Y.
