I got a kit of evil-bay that's a Flowmaster 40, 2-1/4" pipes and some 3" Magnaflow tips for about $200+SH. It fit pretty well and I just clamped it for now. It's made to clear the spare tire (havn't tried yet) which is nice.
I think the sound is great, better then I expected. It's not mandrel bent or anything fancy, but I'm ok with that. It's only a 4.7 so 2 x 2-1/4 pipes should be more then fine. The 3" tips make it tough. I pulled them up real tight with the bumper, but you could drop them a bit. I like the exhaust tucked up nice and tight.
Did the install myself, about 2 hours. I did it part on the ground, part on a lift. I would recomend at least jacking the rear up.
Here's a soundclip.

Just changing the muffler and removing the rear resonator I can still talk fine in my truck.
