i was tryin to find out what do you guys think is best to put in the rear end i was thinking redline but didnt know what kind.

SYNTHETIC 75W-90 for anything larger than the 9.25" rear. 75W-140 for the 9.25" rearend. These are for rear axles only and comes out of the DC shop manual for 2003 Rams.

Whatever you use...I would recommend synthetic oil....

If you crawl under the back of the truck and look at the passenger side end of the rearend housing, there's a little tag there that should say. I also think it's on a tag in the glove box too.

If you have a 1500, the rear is a 9 1/4" (The 9 1/4" Limited Slip also requires a friction additive)
2500, 10 1/2"
3500, 11 1/2"

I don't know about the transX's posi track addative.
I'd just get it from your local Dodge parts department.
You only need four ounces of the stuff, so it can't be that expensive, right?
