It'll sit lower and knock your speedo off about 2 mph higher than it should be (it'll read 60 when you're doing 58). Since it's a full inch shorter you may notice a little bit better acceleration.

The difference in size between 275/55 and 275/60 tires is not significant, so you shouldn't worry too much about the cosmetic appearance of your truck.
