Latest Oil Change
Hope one of you guys has an answer for this. Had my oil Changed today and when my tech removed the filler cap for my lube, the inside of the cap looked like it had some rust and moisture on the inside. Should I panic yet? He said he thinks I'm missing a breather cap.

The engine is metal. COld metal.... as the engine warms, condensation forms, and hot air rises. It's not uncommon, but as stated: If you don't run it long enough to get things dried out, then it sits there. Ford had an issue with that in the mid 80's with this on the 302's to the point that tan, yucky crap would be seen in the valve cover with the oil fill cap. It was harmless, but looked really nasty.
