Yep. Behind the back seat...3 of em... & a cap. There is a lot of space back there in my QC, 4-8bolts (depending if you have the split bench)to take the seat out.

Same box as abarmy, with 2x10 JL 10w6AE's...JL all the way around actually, with the tweets mounted in the head liner. I think that this gives my sound more spacious and immersive. XR servies bi amped with A/B power, class D on the subs. While you have the seats out, you should lay some sound dampening. It will keep your sound in and other sounds (like loud exhaust) out. You paid a lot of money for this gear (i assume) so why not keep the benefit to yourself.

Starting the planning on my own Truckputer project...Thanks BWhite!

My directed d1200 has a spot to power a fan, which I had a few extra laying around from various projects. I definately reccomend putting something there to circulate air if you will be pushing the amps really hard or if you have multiple amps.

If you do not push the amps hard or only have one, you can place it towards the bottom of the wall, allowing maximum air space without any ventilation. I did this and had no problems powering my subs (until I upgraded my system and added 2 amps)

My amp is mounted in the storage compartment under the rear seat on the passenger side. All of the wires are routed under the plastic covers, etc and not visible. It was mounted on the inside of the compartment cover/floor deck.

I mounted mine under the front seat(mid seat) a500 watt JLAudio Amp. it fits perfect and don't have to run wires all the way to the back.

Here is a photo of the location. I was wondering where the shop would mount the amp and I was pretty impressed they came up with this location. It is out of the way and protects the amp.

It looks nice but if u have subwoofer under your rear seat there is no space for an amp.
