2005 Ram Front End Rattle/Clunking (AT LAST FIXED TODAY)
Well I have an update for you all.
I spoke with the service manager today. He said they have done everything they can and cannot fix the issue. He told me I need to file for arbitration (Lemon Law) He said maybe when I do that, it will get the engineers from the corpinvolved. So at this time they have asked me to come get the truck.

Well I have another update for the forum.
The truck was brought back to the dealer Tuesday per Chrysler's request. They have flown a few big wigs in to investigate the noise. So I have two high ups, regional manager and the service manager working on it all day tomorrow. So I hope with the big guns here they will come up with something.
This time I requested a loaner and they approved it. I got me a 2006 Ram quad2wd with the 4.7. Funny they give me a truck to com pair mine too, this thing drives like a caddy compared to mine with the loud front end.
I Will let you all know in the next few days what happens with the big wigs looking at it

seeing that they don't mind putting parts in it, after they put the rack and the steering column in it that isn't going to fix it why don't you get them to throw sway bar links in it to fix this problem.

So the rack and pinion system was the issue the entire time.
Interesting. Wonder who makes the racks for Chrysler. Looks more and more like it a typcial CHRYSLER problem rather then a model issue. Wifey already needed one in the 06 Caravan SXT ... luckily, just under warranty.
