I installed MSD 8.5 and love them. Top quality materials and slightly noticeable improvement in idle smoothness and off the line accel. Stock wires are7mm (I think)so any wires larger than 7.5 won't fit in the wire tracks. You'll need to take the wire tracks off because if you sit the wires on top of the tracks thenthe Hemi hatdoesn't fitright.

i just installed the msd 8.5 wires yesterday and it is a big improvement from stock on how smooth the truck runs. i also put new champion copper plugs in it and it had platinum, so that may have made a difference. i however didnt remove the wire racks i just set them on top and zip tied them down. the hat still fit for me but took a little work and is a snug fit. i would recomend the msd wires they are good. i have heard alot about taylor t volt wires but decided to stay with something i have used before and had luck with. also remember if you decide to get the taylor shorty wires that one coil pack will fire only one cylinder instead of 2, so if a pack goes bad then you wont have another pack helping fire that cylinder.

that prolly made the most diff, some people think they make their truck better cause the plug costs more, in this case dodge works best off of coppers, now sure some will chime in saying plats run fine in their truck, but far more often than not it runs rough, or even stalls.....

The platinums worked great in my 4.7, but the hemi hated them; I now have the stock champions back in. taylor thundervolts are good wires, and cheaper than the MSD wires
