I just pulled it out, 'cause I'm tired of giving people rides and having someone sit in the middle. Plus, I actually like the way it looks with the single cab just having two seats. Only thing is... the four pieces of metal that the middle seat bolted down on are still there, and it's kind of tacky.


I'm about to go to home depot to see if there is some kind of material, preferrably diamond plate i could bolt down there in it's place, it'd be nice to have a little extra storage room down there anyhow. Any suggestions?

 

Does it look like a center console will bolt in?

 

Bet someone out there is willing to sit on the floor for a ride....

Other than that, I really like the extra room. I went grocery shopping today and actually didn't have to put everything in the bed of the truck for once.

 

No way, cops are outrageous here in OK about seat belt laws. Especially on Fort Sill.

 

i would run a sheet of diamond plate on the floor to cover the spot where the center console previously was. then i would take a smaller sheet and put it on the side of the seat where you can see the tracks of the seat.

 

2 very quick moch ups. i personally would go with black diamond plate. and this is just the vision i have of it, do whatever you want. but black diamond plate is awesome, my whole sub enclosure is covered in black diamond plate and it looks sick.

 

Yeah, I really wanna do diamond plate, but from what I've been seeing online, the **** is mega expensive...[:@]
