Default Is this a good price on a new '08 1500?

Hi everyone! New guy here - and possibly new owner of a 2008 1500 SLT Quad Cab 4x4.

I just got back from my local dealer and received an out-the-door price on this pickup (tax, tags, all fees, etc.) and was wondering if this is a good deal.

Details on the truck are as follows:

2008 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 4x4
V8 5.7 Hemi Engine
5 Speed Auto Transmission
Electronic Transfer Case
Popular Equipment Group
Trailor Tow Group
Adjustable Pedals
Remote Starter
Under Rail Bed Liner
U-Connect Hands-Free Communications

After all the haggling they came back with $28,859.34 out-the-door.
That price includes the $9000 in rebates currently being offered until the end of the month.

Go for it???

** edit ** I actually located the window sticker for this truck - here it is...

Even in Canada I would ask for better, I have just purchased a 2008 ( two weeks ago)CD$ 32K= 30K US dollars.
In addition to your options, I got leather seats, power seats, sun roof, power rear windows ect. I would definately ask for a better price.

You should be able to get 40% off sticker on 08s. I know that sounds outrageous, but that is the reality of the new 08s right now.

Sounds like you got a Larame.
Power sliding rear window is standard on the QC. I do wish that mine had the popular equipment group.

Mine has most of the other options but it's a 2wd and I gave about 25K for mine.
Tow package, Chrome clad wheels, WOL tires, u-connect, auto dimming mirror, adj pedals, chrome step bars, chrome bug shield, and spray in bedliner (dealer added for free to make the deal)

You can get a better deal!! I work with a guy that got that same truck about two weeks ago for $21,000, and then had a trade in, and that put it down to $16,000.
