Default Check Engine Code P2097

Greetings to all. Recently I received a P2097 check engine code on my 2004 Ram. The error reads something like "Post Catylist Fuel Trim System High Limit". What the heck does this mean? Not a great deal of explanation on this one but looking for some insight from someone who may have seen this before or who may know how to correct it. Truck is running good, doesnt seem to have any performance problems, no other associated codes are present.

Either youy have a bad rear 02 sensor or a cat is failing. Shows too much raw exhaust after the converters I believe.

My bets on the bad rear O2 sensor, that seems to be a norm versus failed "Cat"
