penzoil conventional with fram filter. 7 quarts and a filter at auto zone for 22 dollars can't beat it. change oil every 5,000 miles and haven't had any problems. Oh yeah I got the 5.7 Hemi if your wondering.

Just used Royal Purple with a K n N filter. Got a pretty good deal at the local Kragen's (soon to be O'Reilly's). Coupon called for 5 quarts so I had to pick up an extra quart. Haven't had a chance to get it on the highway so can't really say mpg has increased, though. Looking to pick up a K n N air filter too when the check hits the bank...

Mobile 1 truck and suv 5w-30 and a k&n filter. Costs $45 and worth it. Tip= buy the 5 quart oil at walmart ($23) its the cheapest place to buy it. They want $30 for the same thing at most auto stores. Make sure u get 6 quarts

to me all oil is the same in my truck, the only time i care about oil is in my nova or my bike. because different oils will have the two running on different performance levels. but since our trucks arent performance vehicles... what ever is on sale at the auto store

but stay away from FRAM FILTERS!!! took auto classes my first semester in college, and all i remember is them telling us how horrible fram filters are and they even sawed one in half and lectured us. wish i remembered, but stay away!

Whichever full synthetic oil is the cheapest or on sale between Mobil, Pensoil, Casterol, or Valvoline. Synthetics are all the same in my eyes. I just have a hard time believing 2mpg increase because of an oil. I may try royal purple next time, I hope I am proved wrong
What weight RP do you guys run still the 5w-20?
